New Board Appointed for Evolving Tecknologies and Enterprise Development Company Limited (eTecK)

The Ministry of Trade, Investment and Tourism is pleased to advise of the appointment of the new Board of Directors for the Evolving TecKnologies and Enterprise Development Company Limited (e TecK). The formal presentation of instruments took place during a short ceremony at the Ministry’s Head Office in Port of Spain, where Senator the Honourable Satyakama Maharaj, Minister of Trade, Investment and Tourism, and Permanent Secretary Michelle Anne Thomas presided alongside senior officials of the Ministry on Wednesday September 3, 2025.

This newly installed Board brings together leaders with expertise in enterprise, innovation, business development and governance. Their appointment signals the Government’s commitment to advancing the role of eTecK as a catalyst for economic transformation. The members appointed to serve a two (2) year term are:

  • Ms Susilla Ramkissoon-Mark – Chairman
  • Judy Beepath Ramjohn – Deputy Chairman
  • Keon Saroopsingh – Director
  • Imran Khan – Director
  • Antonella Narinesingh – Director
  • Bill Ramrattan – Director
  • Wendy Worrell – Director
  • Wazeer Aleem– Director
  • Jason Sandy – Director
  • Ashel Murray – Director
  • Michael Scott – Director

Mandate of the Board

The new Board will be responsible for managing and overseeing the industrial parks and properties owned by the Ministry through eTecK, ensuring they remain well-positioned to support national economic development. Their work will directly align with the strategic direction of the Ministry of Trade, Investment and Tourism, with an emphasis on effective management, accountability, and sustainable operations.

In his remarks to the appointees, Minister Maharaj noted: “This Board is entrusted with the responsibility of managing the industrial parks and assets under eTecK, ensuring that they are leveraged effectively for the benefit of our people and our economy. Their role is critical in supporting the Ministry’s wider strategic vision for trade, investment, and innovation in Trinidad and Tobago. We are open for business!”

 The Ministry of Trade, Investment and Tourism extends congratulations to the new Board and expresses confidence in their stewardship as eTecK continues to play a pivotal role in the country’s economic development.
