TTBizLink, the first Single Electronic Window (SEW) in the Caribbean, is a secure business portal that provides 24/7 access to applications for various trade and business related government services by linking multiple partners via a single electronic platform at Applications submitted online are automatically routed to the relevant approving agency for electronic processing. The agency then communicates with the applicant electronically on the status of the application indicating whether it has been approved, rejected or queried.

TTBizLink represents collaboration amongst twenty four (24) unique agencies on board from seven (7) Ministries together with the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce (TTCIC). Registration for TTBizLink is conducted by ttconnect under the Ministry of Rural Development and Local Government.

Through the Modules available on TTBizLink, forty seven (47) e-applications are available which are currently being used by over 7,200 registered users.

Towards the end of 2016 TTBizLink formally launched its Mobile Inspection Module. This Module will enable inspectors from the Ministry of Agriculture, Land and Fisheries (Plant Quarantine Services), the Ministry of Health (Chemistry, Food and Drugs Division) and the Trinidad and Tobago Bureau of Standards performing inspections of imports at the main Port of entry, to undertake all relevant processing on tablet devices procured by the Ministry of Trade and Industry rather than by using paper forms and their associated paper checklists. This will positively impact the clearance of goods by allowing for an immediate capture of inspection decisions and, as such, result in significant time efficiencies for the trading community.

Persons who are interested in registering for TTBizLink can call its Help Desk at the toll free number 800-4739. This is operational Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Alternatively, you can send an e-mail to
