Prices of Items in Hardwares and Electrical and Plumbing Establishments (2nd qtr 2018)

As part of its mandate to ensure fair pricing in the marketplace, the Consumer Affairs Division (CAD) of the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) has been monitoring the prices of items at Hardware and Electrical and Plumbing Establishments in Trinidad. Between April and June 2018, the CAD conducted a retail price survey of sixty – two (62) selected Hardware items and thirty (30) Electrical and Plumbing items across seventeen (17) Hardwares and three (3) Electrical and Plumbing establishments in fourteen (14) areas in Trinidad.
