Duties also include providing legal advice, representing the Ministry in Court, at Tribunals and meetings, drafting and reviewing legal agreements and other legal documents and participating in negotiations, mediation and arbitration.

Depending on work assignment, the incumbent will be required to perform duties in one or more of the Communications functional areas.
