says the Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Trade and Industry, Mr. Norris Herbert at the Inaugural Stakeholder Dialogue on Trade Facilitation on Thursday 28 September, 2017. This undertaking was given one day after the release of the 2017-18 Global Competitiveness Index Report where Trinidad and Tobago has moved up 11 places from 94th to 83rd out of 138 economies.
