October 02, 2015:- ‘We need to move with urgency’ were the opening words of Senator the Honourable Paula Gopee-Scoon, Minister of Trade and Industry as she facilitated a series of meetings this week to ascertain ‘first-hand’ the current programmes and intiatives of the State Agencies under the purview of the Ministry to effect aggressive programme of diversification. She opened the meetings with the words ‘I am delighted to meet with you all as it gives me the nuts and bolts of the various business units’.
