November 13, 2015: Gulf City Mall came alive as ‘Captain Consumer’ made his big debut during the Consumer Affairs Division (CAD) of the Ministry of Trade and Industry, “Christmas on a Budget” caravan on Thursday 12 November, 2015. Consumer advocates educated the public about their rights as consumers, as well as shopping tips for the upcoming Christmas Season.
